These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and happywin ("Platform", "we", or "Company") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the happywin brand.

Access to the happywin platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. We take our responsibility seriously to ensure the platform is only accessed by those who qualify.

• You must be an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of a third party.

• Use of the platform does not violate any local laws or regulations applicable to you.
• You have never held a HappyWin account that was suspended or terminated due to a previous terms violation.

Each user is only allowed to have one active account at happywin. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your identity card, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address. happywin reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all information provided at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory for all accounts before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include:

• A clear copy of the front and back of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad).
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
• A selfie taken alongside your identity document for facial verification (liveness check).
• For certain payment methods, additional documents related to your bank account or digital wallet may be required.

The KYC process is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. happywin reserves the right to request additional documents if necessary and to suspend an account until the verification process is fully completed.

HappyWin accepts deposits via a variety of secure and integrated payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, debit cards, Visa/Mastercard credit cards and select supported cryptocurrencies.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits via FPX and e-wallet are credited to your account within less than 3 minutes.
• Credit card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on the payment processor.
• All deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals from your happywin account are subject to specific conditions and procedures designed to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method that has been registered and verified in your name.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.

• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits vary according to your VIP membership tier.
• Your first withdrawal must use the same payment method as your first deposit.

HappyWin reserves the right to hold or suspend any suspicious withdrawal requests while an investigation is conducted. Where there is evidence of fraudulent activity or a terms violation, the withdrawal request may be rejected and the relevant account blocked.

HappyWin offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new players and loyal members. Each bonus is subject to different wagering requirements that must be met before any related withdrawal is permitted.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Standard wagering requirements are between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical fault has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, happywin will resolve the situation using the most recent and accurate server records available.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities or use bots, automated software, or third-party assistance tools is strictly prohibited.
• HappyWin reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical reasons, pricing errors or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

You are solely responsible for keeping your HappyWin account password and login credentials confidential. HappyWin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

• Use a strong password containing at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for the additional security layer we provide.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately.

HappyWin will never contact you by email or message asking for your password or sensitive financial information. If you receive such a communication, please report it to us as it may be a phishing attempt.

To maintain a fair, safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players, HappyWin enforces a strict code of conduct. Violation of any of the following may result in account suspension or termination without prior warning:

• Registering or using more than one account to circumvent limits or gain unauthorized benefits.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.

• Exploiting software errors or platform bugs for personal gain.

HappyWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time with or without prior notice for reasonable causes, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity or requests from competent authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any valid balance in your account will be refunded once all security and compliance checks are complete.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee.
• Accounts inactive for more than 36 months may be automatically terminated with prior notice.
• Players enrolled in a self-exclusion program may request permanent account closure through the Responsible Gaming section.

The happywin platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, disruptions, or downtime caused by technical factors, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, happywin and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from gaming activity.

Continued use of the happywin platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by happywin.
